UK Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during particularly busy periods.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30. Any applicable delivery charge is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Letterbox-friendly wax melt collections are packaged so they can be delivered through a standard letterbox. Products containing candles, oil burners or other larger items will be sent as parcels.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you have a question about an order or delivery, contact us at info@dorringtonhallestate.co.uk
