We want you to love every Dorrington Hall Estate product you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
How to return an item
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
